Developing SCORM compliant Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) for Fleet Replacement Pilot (FRP) syllabi. Maintain nearly 200 pilot lessons, high-speed networks, Computer Based Training (CBT) learning centers, and electronic classrooms.


Developed highly interactive multimedia System Configuration Set (SCS) Differences Computer Based Training (CBT) lessons with advanced Virtual Reality (VR) flight scenarios that introduced SCS changes to fleet pilots and Weapon System Officers (WSOs). The CBT lessons run on a variety of multimedia PCs, with or without touch screen monitors and multimedia laptops. A VR system consisting of a COTS multimedia laptop, inertial tracking virtual goggles, and authentic replicas of the F/A-18 stick and throttle allow the student to apply knowledge gained in the CBTs.

Developed robust, high-resolution, Computer Based Training (CBT) and Computer Aided Instruction (CAI). Complex lessons include embedded questions, progress checks, and student record tracking features. Replaced out-of-date panel trainers with highly interactive instructor-led multimedia presentations. Integrated classrooms, instructor lecterns and projector systems at the TRAWING.

V-22 Osprey

Developing Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) courseware for the Advanced Tiltrotor Training (Fixed Wing) Track. Integrating Computer Based Training (CBT) into a LAN and Electronic Classrooms (ECR) to provide initial V-22 orientation training using interactive animation, audio, video, and instructional text. Robust testing, feedback, and remediation are included in the student performance enhancement features.
