In order to immerse your operators in a virtual environment or to view vehicle animations in real-time, a graphical representation of the scene is required. The stored collection of scenes and related components are referred to as a Visual Database.

L-3 DPA World Builder software is a 3D design tool that allows you to build your own visual databases; as well as modify existing databases for your simulations. A wide variety of 3D world tiles can be combined like a jigsaw puzzle to create worlds. Add details such as road segments, railroad track, traffic signs, buildings, trees, people, and more. Multiple viewing modes allow you to build your creation and then fly or drive it to ensure your satisfaction. World Builder provides users with freedom of creativity and simplicity.

We have created a wide range of visual databases and visual database components: geo-specific (literal and accurate representations of real places) as well as geo-typical environments (similar to but not exactly like the target location). Here are some examples:
